The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of the Company’s supply chain operations (including purchasing, inventory control, vendor relations, and shipping/receiving) to ensure timely, cost-effective, and accurate material flow to support the Company’s mission of delivering high-quality liquid handling components and systems.

Accountable For:

• Analyzing and maintaining appropriate inventory levels to support customer and production needs.
• Ensuring the efficient operation of the Purchasing and Shipping & Receiving teams.
• Developing and managing supplier relationships to ensure reliability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Streamlining internal inventory movement and material staging for fabrication projects.

Requirements:

Education / Work Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations, or related field . Significant related work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• 3 + years of experience in supply chain, inventory control, or operations in industrial distribution or manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and purchasing practices with experience using MRP/ERP systems for inventory and purchasing functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work required schedule.
