In treasury management at PwC, you will focus on managing and optimising a company's cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk. You will help clients make strategic decisions regarding investments, debt management, and capital structure.

The Opportunity

As part of the Finance team you will oversee daily cash operations, managing adequate liquidity and handling short-term cash flow forecasting. As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, innovate processes, and maintain operational excellence while building trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation. This role offers the chance to enhance banking relationships, identify financial risks, and confirm that financial strategies align with the company's risk tolerance, contributing to the overall success of the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Manage short-term cash flow forecasting and variance analysis

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key banking allies

  • Maintain compliance with debt obligations and manage KYC requests

  • Drive process innovation to enhance operational effectiveness

  • Foster open communication and trust among multi-level teams

What You Must Have

  • High School Diploma

  • 8 years of experience in cash management and working with a treasury management system

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting preferred

  • Proven attention to precision and accuracy

  • Managing under pressure and meeting deadlines

  • Possessing knowledge of Kyriba is a plus

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
