Our client is seeking a Senior Marketing Performance Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Marketing Performance Analyst, you will be part of the dynamic marketing department supporting innovative marketing strategies. What's the Job?

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across YouTube, Search, Social (X and Meta), and CTV platforms.
• Develop and execute full-funnel marketing strategies to maximize ROI.
• Conduct creative testing to refine campaign performance and messaging.
• Analyze and report on platform performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

What's Needed?

• 2-4 years of performance marketing experience with a focus on multi-platform administration.
• Very strong analytical skills with a business or analytics background.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and measure campaign impact from multiple data points.
• Familiarity with full-funnel strategies and platform configurations.
• Curious, open-minded, and proactive with a passion for innovation and pioneering new marketing frontiers.
