?? Hiring: Regional Sales Manager – Ophthalmology/Optometry
?? Chicago | ?? Multi-State Territory | ?? ~50% Travel
Looking for a driven, experienced sales leader to step into a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) role overseeing 8–10 high-performing reps across a 5–6 state region. If you have deep experience in ophthalmology or optometry clinic sales and you're ready to lead from the front—this is your opportunity.
?? What You’ll Do:
• Lead and mentor 8–10 reps across your region
• Manage your own book of ~75 key clinic accounts
• Drive growth through new product launches + team leadership
?? Comp + Perks:
• Base Salary: $120K–$150K
• Quarterly Bonuses: $4K–$5K (uncapped) 
• Car Allowance: $950/mo + gas + corporate card

• Background in devices, diagnostics, OTC, or pharma
