Retail Salesperson
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue by delivering exceptional service and offering tailored product and service solutions to our customers in a retail environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess their needs to provide personalized assistance
Clearly explain product features, benefits, and services
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure product availability
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently
Process customer orders and transactions with accuracy
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field
Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
