Your Responsibilities * Identify potential healthcare talent through our innovative platform along with your existing network
* Engage potential candidates to introduce MLR and assess their interest
* Arrange appointments between candidates and our recruiting team for thorough evaluations
* Follow up with leads to keep engagement alive and guide the hiring process
* Maintain precise and current data in our applicant tracking system
* Earn commissions based on the meetings you facilitate, interviews conducted, and hires generated from your leads
