Redaction Coordinator

Location: Phoenix, AZ, 85012( HYbrid)

Duration: 6 Months

Shift: Day | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Overview

This entry-level role involves reviewing child abuse and neglect case files, redacting sensitive information, and preparing documents for release to authorized requestors. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to meet production and accuracy requirements in a structured, standardized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review case files involving child abuse and neglect.
• Research and prepare redacted copies of records for release.
• Ensure compliance with a 98% accuracy rate when redacting documents.
• Redact the following key information from case files:

1. Source information
2. Attorney-client privileged material
3. Department of Public Safety (DPS) results
4. Social Security Numbers
5. Child placement information

• Perform consistent, standardized, and repetitious work processes.
• Meet production goals and turnaround requirements.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Entry-level; no prior redaction experience required.

Skills:

• Basic computer skills (required)
• Familiarity with Adobe and SharePoint (preferred)
