MVP! is seeking a Physician Recruiter that will be tasked with operationalizing the recruitment process, creating a robust pipeline of physicians, recruiting top talent, and ushering them through the recruitment process through offer

Responsibilities:

• Recruit for MD and OD candidates utilizing tools such as LinkedIn, Doximity, association career sites, inbound inquiries, etc.

• Manage the recruitment process including conducting initial phone screens, coordinating video interviews and on-site visits (itinerary, as well as logistics i.e. booking travel), as well as drafting and delivering offers and employment agreements and negotiating to close.

• Attend major Ophthalmology and Optometry conferences.

• Plan and coordinate events at ophthalmology and optometry conferences, inviting prospective doctors to attend.

• Optimize HubSpot (CRM) and inbound sourcing.

Position Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Physician Recruiting experience required.

• Previous physician recruiting experience preferred.

• Experience with ATS optimization, job boards, LinkedIn search, and other recruitment tools.

• Operates with a sense of urgency and empathy.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
