About the Role: We are looking for an experienced On-Page SEO Specialist to develop and implement impactful SEO strategies focused on improving search rankings, enhancing website visibility, and driving organic traffic. This role encompasses on-page optimization, technical SEO, content planning, and supporting digital marketing efforts specifically for law firm clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed keyword research tailored for law firm websites
• Publish and optimize new content using WordPress
• Prepare on-page SEO recommendations and implement changes to boost search performance
• Develop monthly content requirements for landing pages and blogs
• Identify new and trending blog topics to drive organic traffic
• Execute all assigned technical SEO tasks
• Track and analyze website performance and keyword rankings
• Optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and improve rankings
• Research competitors and provide strategic SEO recommendations
• Collaborate with development teams to implement SEO best practices
• Recommend improvements to site architecture, content, and linking strategy

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an SEO agency
• Proven background in Law Firm SEO (strongly preferred)
• Expertise in on-page and technical SEO best practices
• Proficiency with WordPress and content optimization
• Familiarity with Local SEO and Law Firm Schema
• Skilled in tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to conduct blog topic research and manage content planning
• Competence in both internal and external linking strategies
