Title: Occupational Health Nurse

The part-time Occupational Health Nurse promotes and advocates for the health, safety and well-being of AAR Rockford employees, including regulations compliance. This position works closely with the Environmental Health & Safety team and reports to the Human Resources Director.

What you will be responsible for:

• Provide first aid and emergency care for workplace injuries.

• Assist in reporting & management of worker's compensation claims/case management.

• DOT Random Drug Testing.

• Authorize and maintain respirator mask program.

• Educate employees on health and wellness topics.

• Manage annual vision exams.

• Manage annual flu shot clinic & administer.

• Maintain confidential health records and documentation.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

What you will need to be successful in this role:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.

• Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

The anticipated salary range for this position is $32.17 to $39.72 hourly. This range reflects the base pay for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
