About the Role

Were hiring a Marketing Automation & Systems Lead to architect and scale the martech systems that power Allocates go-to-market engine. This mid- to senior-level role is ideal for a handson builder ready to own and evolve a modern marketing stack that fuels growth, tightens sales alignment, and improves performance visibility.

This isnt just a systems management roleits a chance to shape how Allocate measures success and drives revenue. Youll work across marketing, sales, product, design, engineering, and leadership to ensure the infrastructure supports strategic goals and scales efficiently.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll lead core initiatives across our marketing and revenue stack to improve execution, alignment, and insight. Responsibilities include:

• Managing and optimizing Allocate's marketing systems - including HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow, Brevo, and Google Analytics - for campaign execution, data flow, and full-funnel visibility
• Evolving lifestyle marketing infrastructure: workflows, segmentation, lead routing, attribution, and reporting
• Partnering with crossfunctional teams to align systems with strategic business goals
• Supporting website and campaign operations through enhancements, tagging, and analytic configuration
• Ensuring system hygiene, documentation, and compliance with privacy standards (e.g., GDPR, CANSPAM)
• Leading special projects: platform evaluations, data migrations, new tool implementations, and process improvements

Qualifications

• 46+ years of handson experience managing and integrating marketing technology platforms in highgrowth, SaaS or fintech context
• Strong technical fluency across martech systems and data integrations into a unified revenue system
• Proven ability to scale martech in a highgrowth SaaS or fintech context
• Ability to independently optimize workflows and documentation while collaborating with crossfunctional stakeholders
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS basics, UTM tagging, and digital tracking best practices
• Project management skills and clear communication in fastpaced, iterative settings
• A mindset rooted in problem solving and a commitment to excellent internal service preferred (but not required)
• Deep working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Webflow, and Google Analytics
• Experience scaling martech in a B2B or fintech environment
• Familiarity with Brevo or similar email platforms
• Interest in helping shape broader marketing operations strategy as systems evolve

The base pay offered will be determined based on the candidates experience, location, skills, training, certifications and education, and other relevant qualifications specific to the role, as well as internal equity and market data. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance-based bonus. We do not anticipate that candidates hired will begin at the top of the range; however, from time to time, it may occur on a casebycase basis. This role will be subject to Allocate's Code of Ethics and related compliance obligations of Allocate.
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. now and in the future without visa sponsorship.
