Job Description

This opportunity is for a Paraprofessional position supporting K-12 students in Newark, NJ, for the upcoming school year under a contract arrangement. The role is designed to assist educators in delivering instruction and supporting classroom activities to enhance student learning and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in classroom management and instructional delivery
• Support individual and small group learning activities
• Help prepare instructional materials and maintain a productive learning environment
• Monitor and support student behavior according to school policies
• Collaborate with teaching staff to address student needs

• Experience as a paraprofessional or similar role in an educational setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
