Job Description

A K-12 school in Lancaster, PA is seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support students and assist classroom teachers. This is a contract position for the upcoming school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role
• Ability to assist with classroom management and student instruction
• Strong communication skills and patience when working with diverse learners
• Familiarity with K-12 educational environments is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support under the guidance of classroom teachers
• Assist students with learning activities and classroom assignments
• Support classroom organization and help maintain a positive learning environment
• Aid in supervising students during classroom and non-classroom activities
