Sodexo Live! is seeking a Premium Club General Manager for an exclusive and ultra-premium club/lounge at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) . Our airport lounges are dedicated spaces for passengers to relax and rejuvenate while awaiting their next adventure. Sodexo Live! provides hospitality services to airport lounges, stadiums, arenas, convention and conference centers, zoos, museums, and more. Incentives Paid Airport Parking What You’ll Do Have oversight of daily & beverage operations and deliver a high-quality product/program; Achieve company and client financial targets and goals; Develop and maintain client and customer relationships (engage with guests discreetly/confidentially); Motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff; and/or Ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs. What You Bring prior food and beverage leadership experience within luxury, premium or upscale dining operations ; a focus on high-end, strategic food and beverage programs, financials/budgets and cost controls for multiple lounge locations; have a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization; a guest-first approach and can-do attitude; possess the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and exhibit a passion for a high level of customer service; exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or demonstrate a working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems as well as menu graphics programs; The ability to communicate fluently in Korean .
