*As a Staff Nurse (RN/LPN), you will:*

● Supervise and manage daily nursing activities in compliance with all applicable regulations

● Monitor residents’ treatments to ensure the highest level of care

● Prepare and administer medications per physician orders

● Communicate with physicians regarding resident needs and updates

● Oversee admissions, discharges, and transfers

● Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

● Support and participate in quality assurance and care planning initiatives
