As a Sr. Valuations Analyst "Certified Real Estate Appraiser" you will be responsible for reviewing commercial real estate leads from our internal Business Development team as an aid in the decision-making process with respect to the onboarding and sale of commercial real estate assets on the Ten-X auction sales platform. The role includes managing our real estate underwriting pipeline, including data mapping of due diligence fields and comparable information, developing and communicating the results of your underwriting and pricing opinion conclusions to our internal Business Development and management team.
This position is in office Monday through Friday.
Pay Transparency:
This position offers a base salary range of $106,000 - $140,000, based on relevant skills and experience, a bonus plan and generous benefits.
