Are you a compassionate and certified Home Health Aide looking to make a positive impact in the lives of clients? We have part-time, full-time, and weekend-only positions available that offer flexibility and the opportunity to provide essential care to those in need.

In this role, you will be at the heart of client care, delivering exceptional support that enables them to remain safe and comfortable at home. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive personal hygiene support, including bathing, oral care, and dressing.
• Measuring and recording vital signs, reporting any deviations, and assisting with medication management under nurse supervision.
• Helping clients with mobility tasks, such as transferring between beds and chairs, and assisting with walking aids.
• Performing light housekeeping duties, including laundry and maintaining a tidy living environment.
• Communicating effectively with clients, their families, and the healthcare team while maintaining accurate records of care and client status.
• Adhering to infection control practices, ensuring confidentiality, completing continuing education, and demonstrating professionalism in every interaction.

Qualifications:

• You MUST be a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of NY .
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Fluency in English is necessary (able to speak and understand).
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and the importance of patient confidentiality.
• Ability to prepare simple meals and perform light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Satisfactory completion of a New York State Health Department-approved HHA Training Program or its equivalency.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic literacy and arithmetic skills.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
