Location: On-site | Northern Chicago, IL
Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + Bonus Potential
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (on-site)

Now, they’re looking for a detail-savvy, proactive Buyer to take charge of procurement for a high-impact merchandise program that spans apparel, promotional displays, barware, and more.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

• Take ownership of seasonal and biannual buying plans across a variety of lifestyle products
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and shipping to keep things running smoothly and cost-effectively
• Make data-driven recommendations on which SKUs to keep, retire, or introduce
• Source and negotiate with suppliers around the globe to ensure quality and on-time delivery
• Collaborate across teams to ensure product launches and inventory rollouts are seamless
• Maintain accurate product data across systems including ERP and warehouse records

 

You’ll Thrive If You Have:

• 3–5 years of buying/procurement experience (lifestyle or consumer goods preferred)
• Experience managing international suppliers and vendor negotiations
• Strong ERP skills (NetSuite highly preferred) and advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables)
• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
• A collaborative, clear communicator with a passion for product
