Overview Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team in McLean, VA. You will provide analytic support across a variety of projects related to aircraft, air defenses, capabilities and operations. You will be part of an eight-member team with diverse expertise across the spectrum of military and intelligence analysis. The position will be located at a government facility in Northern, VA. Responsibilities Provide expertise on current and future foreign capabilities in the air / air-defense domains. Collect, analyze, and exploit data from various sources to evaluate a country’s integrated air defense systems (IADS). Author comprehensive threat assessments detailing the results of the above analysis. Collaborate with team members on ELINT analysis, COMINT analysis, IMINT analysis, modeling and simulation, and integration of information into comprehensive intelligence products. Adapt to a dynamic work environment and develop analytic products and research lines in anticipation of customer needs. Qualifications Required 4+ years of experience working within the U.S. Intelligence Community. Current Top Secret/SCI clearance with a current Full-Scope Polygraph. Knowledge of the IADS kill chain. Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline. Equivalent professional experience may be substituted for a degree. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. Understand the customer’s areas of interest and business processes, and develop analytic products and research lines in anticipation of future needs. Desired 10+ years of experience working within the U.S. Intelligence Community. Experience with ELINT collection and analysis at the operational or technical level. Understanding of radars, radar design philosophy, and applications in air space monitoring and weapon control. Experience with analysis tools such as IMOM, ESAMS, EADSIM, SUPPRESSOR, AFSIM, FalconView, GALE, MIST, THRESHER, BVI, or equivalents. Experience developing code for modeling, simulation and analysis of military systems. Knowledge of aircraft, air operations, and air defense systems. Experience developing U.S. weapon systems. Exceptional analytic tradecraft, professional writing, proofreading, briefing and public speaking skills. Demonstrated ability to learn new skills/tools and expand knowledge as required. Education Bachelor’s degree is desired or equivalent life experience. Clearance Top Secret/SCI with a current Full-Scope Polygraph. U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
